Jan Bender, D.C.

In 1999, having recently graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree, Dr. Jan Bender formed Avista Chiropractic in downtown Portland, Oregon. Dr Bender utilizes diverse treatment techniques from traditional adjustments to cranial therapy. Instead of masking symptoms, Dr Bender firmly believes in addressing the root of the issue, using the the 6 steps to wellness.

Dr Bender is on most of the major insurance panels.

Andy Beutz D.C

Dr Beutz currently works out of two offices. Avista Chiropractic in downtown Portland and McMahon Chiropractic in Oregon City He has been with Avista Chiropractic since April of 2008. He was born and raised in West Linn and now resides in Canby with his wife Holly. She is also a chiropractor. He grew up playing baseball, basketball, soccer, and football and loves all sports. He enjoys boating, camping, wakeboarding and riding his motorcycle. He has a special interest in treating athletes and enjoys doing rehabilitation work of the spine and extremities. It is important to Dr Andy to get his patients active in stretching, strengthening, and aerobic conditioning. He believes in getting patients actively involved in the healing process.
